Artisan's in the Greenhouse Application

We are excited to invite local artisans to participate in the upcoming Artisan's in the Green House events. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your unique products in a vibrant community setting. Below are the details for vendor participation:

Event Dates:

  • October 26th - 27th

  • November 2nd - 3rd (available if the first weekend is filled)

 

Event Hours:

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

 

Space Options and Fees:

  • Single Space (approx. 4x6 feet): $60 for two days

  • Single Space with Power (approx. 4x6 feet): $70 for two days

  • Double Space (approx. 4x12 feet): $120 for two days

  • Double Space with Power (approx. 4x12 feet): $130 for two days

 

Please note that vendors are required to provide their own tables.

 

Vendor Selection:

  • First Right of Refusal: Previous vendors will have the first opportunity to reserve their space.

  • New Vendors: Applications from new vendors will be considered based on the mix of products to ensure a diverse and complementary offering at the event.

 

Set-Up Time:

  • Friday: Starting at 3:00 PM

 

Application Deadline:

  • September 16th

 

Table Fees:
All table fees are donated to local charitable groups, allowing you to support the community while showcasing your work.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.

We will be reviewing applications after the deadline September 16th, if your application is approved we will send an invoice that must be paid in 24 hrs to hold your spot.
